Rosé, Pet’Nat and Light Red

Pet’Nat

Initiated by Clémence de Pourtalès, Château Doyac is launching this year a natural sparkling wine made from hand-picked young Cabernet Franc vines. For now, the production is small, with just 2,500 bottles of this first Pet’Nat, which offers delicate, clean aromas of red berries and floral notes. A bright, light, and fluid sparkling wine that meets evolving consumer tastes. A true pleasure to enjoy chilled on any occasion!

Light Red

In the same range of gourmet wines, Clémence has created a light red made from young Cabernet Franc grapes. To preserve a bright fruit profile and an intense light red color, she opted for short maceration, gentle extraction, and aging in amphorae. The result is a tangy profile reminiscent of blackcurrant and wild strawberries.

Rosé

All that was missing was a rosé, also made from young Cabernet Franc grapes, pressed at harvest and aged in stainless steel tanks. With its great tension and liveliness, this will be the refreshing rosé of the summer — featuring a vibrant label illustrated by Max’s favorite tattoo artist, inspired by Clémence’s favorite sport: surfing the waves!
